L.A. Metro Policy Advisory Council

The Metro Policy Advisory Council (PAC), with representatives from cities, COGs, environmental and social equity organizations, among others, is set to be finalized within the next two weeks. The PAC will work on the development of the Measure M Guidelines and the Long Range Transportation Plan (LRTP) update. The first draft of the Guidelines will be released on April 1, 2017 and finalized in June. We will be soliciting feedback on the Guidelines at our EnviroMetro Coalition meeting in April. In the second half of 2017 the PAC will begin working on the LRTP update, which will include performance measures for Measure M and a more robust equity component. We are looking forward to regular coalition engagement as these initiatives unfold.
