Last summer, Metro adopted a ten-year strategic plan, called Vision 2028, which created ambitious goals to carry out Metro’s mission. Now, Metro is laying out its investments for the next 30-40 years through the development of the LRTP. A draft set of LRTP performance metrics was recently presented to the Metro Policy Advisory Council (PAC) (see slides 5-10). Some of the performance measures will be applied to EFCs (see slide 7), in order to compare impacts in an EFC vs. the county at large.
